Account Representative - Payment Rewards

• High school diploma or GED required.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Stellar listening skills, problem solving skills and the ability to negotiate with consumers.
• Ability to stay calm and deescalate situations and effectively promote the Payment Rewards program.
• Possess a strong work ethic, high ethical standards, and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Reliable and can consistently work the assigned daily schedule.
• Able to work independently and effectively on a team; goal driven and results oriented.
• Basic computer skills, detail orientated, and having the ability to multi-task.

Additional Qualifications:

• Collections experience not required, but if you have some great
• Customer service experience: collections, telephone sales, telemarketing, banking, office experience or customer service roles valued.
• Spanish bilingual skills appreciated but not required.
• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework affecting customers' collections values but not required as we will train this skill set.
