Base Salary: $15 to $17 Per Hour

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years' prior experience in communications required.
Experience Requirements
- Experience in collections or sales is preferred.
- Understanding of collections principles preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide written correspondence in response to emails from customers.
- Maintain written contact with customers who are past due.
- Attempt to cure delinquency by assisting customers with payment arrangements.
- Ensure customer inquiries and requests are handled in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to our established procedures and controls.
- Document all conversations and actions accurately.
- Determine and schedule the best arrangements for different customers based on their situations and current level of delinquency.
- Responsible for customer information updates. These may include but are not limited to address and phone number updates.
- Address customer complaints. These may include but are not limited to billing and contracts.
- Determine when escalated situations must be communicated to management and assist in this communication to ensure positive outcomes.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills
- Proven experience as communications specialist
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills (Oral, Written)
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
